LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association)

Arbil are one of the founder members of the LEEA, the trade association that governs the lifting equipment industry. The LEEA is a technically orientated association that aims to provide members with a source of technical information and a means of authoritative representation.

It sets out stringent guidelines that members must adhere to and covers areas of Quality, Safety, Standards, Codes of Practice and Industry legislation.

HAE (Hire Association Europe)

The Hire Association Europe is the leading trade association for hire and rental companies in the UK and Ireland. It plays a strategic role in support of the promotion and protection of the Hire & Rental Industry. HAE activities range from offering support to member companies to assist in improving industry standards to supporting campaigns to increase the awareness of the benefits of hire & rental to the end user

One of the main priorities of the HAE is Health & Safety and they are dedicated to helping its members achieve the highest levels of Health & Safety throughout the Hire Industry

PWI (Permanent Way Institute)

The Institution promotes and encourages the acquisition of technical and general knowledge in relation to the design, construction and maintenance of every type of rail track and infrastructure works. It draws its membership from all personnel involved in the maintenance, supply and renewal of the infrastructure to railways and rail related authorities, and encompasses everyone from trackmen to civil engineers and consultants.

The objectives of the Permanent Way Institution are to advance the knowledge of railway civil engineering, in particular track and infrastructure and to promote, spread and exchange such knowledge amongst those who work for railways and rail systems worldwide.
