One of the several apprentices which Arbil employs has been successfully shortlisted for the City of Coventry Freemen’s Guild Apprentice of the Year 2013.
Molly Smith, an apprentice working out of Arbil’s Coventry branch has successfully beaten off competition from the Midlands area to ensure making the final 3 candidates from applicants in their hundreds. Molly comments,
“It’s great that I had the opportunity to come to Arbil and work as an apprentice straight from college. I wanted to be able to continue my education and learning but also be taking home a salary at the same time. Being put forward for the apprentice of the year was really the icing on the cake. It’s always rewarding to know that your hard work is paying off!”
The winner of the Apprentice of the Year is due to be announced by the end of January with the winner presented with a £1000 cheque. All of the team at Arbil wish Molly the best of luck with her entry.
